By accessing or using Reatlas (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Reatlas is a real estate market intelligence platform that provides interactive maps, trend analysis, and neighborhood comparisons using publicly available data from sources including the U.S. Census Bureau, Zillow, and Realtor.com. The Service is available through web browsers at our website.
You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
Reatlas offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. See our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy for details.

Reatlas aggregates data from publicly available sources. While we strive for accuracy, data is provided “as is” and may contain errors, delays, or omissions. Reatlas does not provide licensed appraisals, legal advice, or financial recommendations. Data should not be used as the sole basis for real estate investment decisions.
The Reatlas platform, including its design, code, logo, and original content, is owned by Reatlas and protected by intellectual property laws. Underlying data sourced from public datasets remains in the public domain. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from our platform without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reatlas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
