Refund & Dispute Policy

Free Trial

Reatlas offers a 14-day free trial on all paid plans. During the trial, you have full access to paid features so you can evaluate the platform before being charged. No payment is collected until your trial period ends.

Refund Eligibility

Since you can fully evaluate the platform during the free trial, we generally do not issue refunds after the trial period ends and billing begins. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service, contact us at support@reatlas.com within 7 days of being charged and we will review your case and issue a refund if appropriate.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will appear on the same payment method used for the original charge.

Disputes

If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, please contact us at support@reatlas.com before filing a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving billing issues quickly and fairly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
