14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love Reatlas. If our product doesn't meet your expectations within the first 14 days of purchase, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked.

Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, your request must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Submitted within 14 days of your original purchase date
  • Account has fewer than 50 data exports or API calls
  • This is your first purchase of Reatlas (no prior refunds on record)
  • Request is submitted via email to support@reatlas.com

After 14 Days

All sales are final. Lifetime deals represent a significant discount (up to 85% off) in exchange for your commitment to the product. We encourage you to fully evaluate Reatlas during the 14-day refund window.

Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds for:

  • Requests made more than 14 days after purchase
  • Accounts with significant usage (50+ exports or API calls)
  • Change of mind after using product features
  • Failure to read the product description or feature limitations before purchase
  • Purchasing the wrong tier (contact us to upgrade instead)
  • Business closure, change in business needs, or personal circumstances
  • Technical issues that were resolved by our support team
  • Features that were never advertised or promised

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback (dispute) with your bank instead of contacting us:

  • Your Reatlas account will be immediately terminated
  • You will be banned from future purchases
  • We will provide all usage evidence to the payment processor

We strongly encourage you to contact us first — we're reasonable people and want to resolve issues directly.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts without refund for:

  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Reselling or redistributing Reatlas data
  • Bulk data extraction or scraping abuse
  • Fraudulent refund requests
  • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits

How to Request a Refund

Email support@reatlas.com with:

  1. The email address used for your purchase
  2. Your reason for requesting a refund
  3. Any feedback on how we could improve

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
