How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at support@reatlas.com. No cancellation fees apply.

What Happens When You Cancel

When you cancel your subscription:

• Your paid features remain active through the end of your current billing period
• You will not be charged again after the current period ends
• After your billing period ends, your account reverts to the free tier
• You retain access to all free-tier features
• Your data and account are preserved — nothing is deleted

Partial Periods

We do not prorate partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you continue to have access to paid features until the end of the period you already paid for.

Resubscribing

You can resubscribe at any time. Your account data is preserved, so you can pick up right where you left off. If a promotional offer was applied to your previous subscription, standard pricing will apply to the new subscription unless otherwise stated.

Account Deletion

Cancelling your subscription does not delete your account. If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data, contact us at support@reatlas.com. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
